Congressional Law I
If the Prince consorts in any Unlawful or Unconstitutional behavior, the congressional delegates may vote for impeachment. If an impeachment law is passed, the Supreme Court then decides a replacement family to the current royal family.

It's a nice thought, but by doing this we're changing the nature of Noland significantly. It would go from being an absolute monarchy - wherein the monarch has actual power - to a constitutional one, where we could remove the Prince if and when we feel like it, making the system necessarily unstable.
It also changes the position of monarch from a hereditary one to a partisan one, meaning that parties could club together and remove the Prince from power if it served their own interests. How would we decide if a Prince has committed an "Unlawful or Unconstitutional" act? It would probably be decided by whichever party is in power. How would we decide which family should take over? Probably a family which supports whichever party is in power, considering many people who hold judicial positions also hold congressional ones.
This won't work, I'm afraid, or at least not without serious rethinking. I'm afraid I have to vote against.

It seems logical... Many other sucessful governments have a similar law in place, however Horatio Eden has made a good point, Noland would not be a great monarchy if the prince could be removed, even if the only reason was it was in the interests of congress. So, nay.

Well, this is a good idea but I NEED POWER
Actually logically speaking, the Prince cannot be removed from office (unless I'm killed, plz don't m8) because this is a monarchic-democratic state. You can't take the monarchy out of that.

Why should he get away with planning on banishing the sole ruler and founder of this nation? The prince should want this nation to succeed the most. Is this him hinting at inciting a coup d'état? Rebellion? This person needs to be watched.

Thank you. I assume this vote has been decided as far as "Nays" go. Can a moderator remove this thread now?

I'd like to state that 50% is not a majority.

I would like to state that 5 people is the new record for most people to vote on any bill. There are only about 4 active people in the posts, out of about 30 people in our nation.

I vote we put a post up in congress, and supreme court which you have to respond to to keep your title. Then we will hold new elections for the lost causes' slots. We cannot have too many inactives. Make sure being active is part of the job description.

Would that be horrible? It is like what we have now, but with us actually getting stuff done. We can assume that the inactives abstained, methinks.
