Because our nations are quite similar (practically the same type of government, both have monarchs named John etc., both are princes, both have governments that are still getting on their feet), it may become necessary that our states do bind together by some means of diplomatic convention. Such a treaty would require mutual extradition, and the issuance of visas to citizens of the opposite state, among other privileges and immunities as may mutually become desired. I also love the idea of MBC news and will help you however possible to make a better international news network.

I, as the sovereign ruler of Noland, would be delighted to open diplomatic relations with the proud nation of Loquntia, and I feel that the Congress agrees with me. The way mutual recognition has worked in the past has either been done informally, via PM or in person, with no treaty involved. However, if you believe that a treaty is in order, we can commence at once. I have some ideas for what should be in the treaty:
Mutual recognition Open borders between our nations Honarary Nolandian citizenship for Loquntian citizens, and vice versa
Amything else you think would be neccessary?

I woulds like to warn you John, although I personally have no problem with these diplomatic ties, you cannot pretend you have the mandate of congress if you haven't asked them. It is my duty to protect you from a coup d'état, and that could be a trigger.

It is my duty to protect you from a coup d'état, and that could be a trigger. As a member of Congress, I have the power to write proposed treaties and present them to the Congress for voting. This is precisely what I'm doing- expressing my agreement to write a proposed document which will them be voted on by the Congress when it is finished.

I support the Treaty, and all I am doing is trying to keep the masses at bay.

I have a few concerns with this treaty, but I'll raise them when we take the Treaty to vote.
